ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and the members of Karur Nadaga Nadigar Sangam, as per the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.04.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the representation of the petitioner submitted before the respondent No.2 is pending.

3. In view of the said submission, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While passing order, it is open to the respondent No.2 to hear the opposite party.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
