Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner alleges that in survey No.37/8A of Kadamalaikundu village which is a water body, there are encroachments.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader confirms that survey No.37/8A has been classified as water body.

4. The second respondent is directed to issue notice to the private respondents and other encroachers if any, conduct survey and if the encroachments are noticed, then by adhering to due process of law, the encroachments shall be removed. The entire exercise will be completed within a period of four months from the 2/4
