This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.32 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent to any other impartial investigation officer and to file final report. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that both the parties were entered into compromise and the matter has been closed as Action Dropped. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
