This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.5616 of 2022, dated 30.03.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that as per direction of this Court, the respondent conducted a detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 03.04.2023.
