This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to secure the first accused in Cr.No.432 of 2015 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2.Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first accused in Cr.No.432 of 2015, has already been arrested by the respondent police. Based on the representation of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
