ORDER

This is a petition seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the Respondent for alleged violation of the order dated 16.08.2022 passed by the Writ Court in W.P.(MD) No.5663 of 2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Kevin Karan learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present contempt petition. He further submits that the Petitioner does not wish to press the Contempt Petition and has made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondent stated that he had no objection.

4. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
