ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court made in WP(MD)No.8397 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022 is complied with. In this regard, he has also produced a copy of the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Uthamapalayam, Theni District, dated 06.10.2022.

2. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the said order dated 06.10.2022, he is at liberty to challenge the matter in accordance with law. Further, the petitioner can approach the authorities to mutate the patta in Survey No.608/2A into his name as Private patta dry land, which was wrongly entered as Government Poramboke land in the Town Survey 2/4

Land Register, by producing necessary revenue documents to prove his ownership of the said land.
