Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue Legal Heir Certificate to the descendents of the petitioners father Late.Duraisamy (expired on 15.01.1959) of Mangalakudi Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District, including all the legal heirs of the petitioners father through 1st and 2nd wives, on the basis of the petitioners representations dated 03.08.2021, within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass any such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
