RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.11640 OF 2016 dated 14.07.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIRUVADIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.V.Rajarajan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side)appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 14.07.2016 and thereafter he has been complying with the condition from 28.07.2016 to 13.08.2016. During the said period, another case was registered against him and he was granted anticipatory bail in that case also and thereafter, he did not comply with the condition due to apprehension of registering subsequent case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. In view of non compliance of the condition imposed by this Court, the petitioner shall pay Rs.2500/- to Tamilnadu Harijan Sevak Sangh, N.M.R.Subbraman Memorial Residential Primary School Campus, 12 Dr.Thangaraj Road, Vinayaga Nagar, Opposite to Madurai Law College, Madurai 20.
