ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to expedite the trial pending on the file of the Sub Court at Srivilliputhur in S.C.No.186 of 2011 pertaining to the criminal case registered in Crime No.116 of 2012 on the file of the Nathampatti Police Station under Section 4(1) of Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals Act r/w Sections 109, 353, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and also under Sections 3 and 4 of TNPPDL Act registered by the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Sub Court, Srivilliputhur is directed to dispose of S.C.No.186 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
