This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the charge sheet in C.C.No.199 of 2014 in Crime No.22 of 2011 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai filed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial in C.C.No.199 of 2014, the case was ended in acquittal. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
