This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to C.C.No.171 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar District, quash the same.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings as prayed by the petitioner. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, considering the year of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar District, is directed to dispose of the case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
