The petitioner wants the respondent to cause production of his wife Anushiya.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner and the said Anushiya appear to have entered into a love marriage and now the so called detenue came back to her parents home. The second respondent conducted an enquiry in this regard and the petitioner had given a hand written letter stating that he would move the jurisdictional Court for the relief of restitution of conjugal rights. 3.Recording the developments, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
