This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records in Cr.No.13 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.Heard both sides.

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.14 of 2015 and subsequently, the case has been committed to the Sessions Court and taken on file as S.C.No.286/2015 and made over to the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge, Usilampatti. He further submitted that the said case has been ended in acquittal on 05.10.2017.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
