ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A6 moved the bail petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.946 of 2015 and this Court was not inclined to grant bail, however, issued a direction to the Judicial Magistrate to complete the committal process on 22.01.2015.

2. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that NBW issued against the other accused could not be executed, hence, committal process is still pending.

3. Considering the above said fact, the respondent police is directed to execute the NBW to enable to Court to commit the case to the Sessions Court.
