O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the third respondent to file a final report in Crime No.52 of 2017, dated 08.04.2017 pending before the respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that Charge Sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai District. However, it is further submitted that the said Charge Sheet is yet to be taken on file.

4. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is closed. However, the respondent police is directed to see that the Charge Sheet is taken on file within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
