Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the Tender Contract No.E1/3209/2015(Buckle) dated 11.03.2019 issued by the respondent for development of Buckle Odai from Theresapuram sea upto FCI Godown in ABD area of Thoothukudi under Smart City Mission at an estimated cost of Rs.7888.00 Lakhs and to quash the same and to direct the respondent to issue fresh tender notification by following due process of law.
