This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the F.I.R in Crime No.4 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2.Heard both sides.
3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.66 of 2014 and the case has been ended in acquittal on 21.06.2017.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
