ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.555 of 2017 under the supervision of the first respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed within three months.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.555 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
