ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 03.09.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.23868 of 2025, wherein this Court has directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders within a period of one month.

2. In compliance with the orders of this Court, the respondent has issued proceedings on 23.02.2026, rejecting the request of the petitioner.
