The Writ Petitioner is employed as Deputy Superintendent of Police. He was issued with a charge memo.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the enquiry is already over and the enquiry report was also submitted as early as on 26.12.2018. Final order alone remains to be passed by the first respondent.

3.The petitioner is reaching the age of superannuation on 31.07.2019. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders on or before 28.06.2019.
