PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.11 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 504 and 109 IPC and Section 66-E of Information Technology Act, 2000, in Crime No.11 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner with the help of other accused had published the defacto complainant and her family members phone number in a wrong manner by using a method of morphing and the same was published in the Facebook. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD). No.4705 of 2022 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that investigation is pending. 5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioner and also the fact that investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
