This criminal revision has been filed to set aside the order dated 12.02.2020 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithaliai, Karur District in C.M.P.No.7500 of 2019 in S.T.C.No.336 of 2018 by allowing the resent revision petition and consequently direct that the impugned portions of the cheque dated 09.02.2018 be examined by the handwriting experts by the suit suitable commissioner to be examined by the Trial Judge in this regard. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that S.T.C.No.336 of 2018 was itself disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai on 08.09.2020. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this criminal revision case.
