This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The petitioner is not involved in any criminal activity. Therefore, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
