fourth respondent did not return the cheque and the stamp paper by stating that they were misplaced. It is further stated that the fourth respondent has given a false complaint on the basis of the blank cheque and the blank stamp paper executed by the petitioner with regard to the said transaction. Since the fourth respondent has given the complaint before the third respondent, it is submitted that the third respondent is harassing the petitioner. 4.Though the petitioner has not submitted any records or materials before this Court to substantiate his case, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and therefore, there is no harassment in this case.
