PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records from the lower Court in C.C.No.232 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District and quash the same.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records from the lower Court in C.C.No.232 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial in C.C.No.232 of 2013, the case was ended in acquittal on 19.09.2014. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
