No.76 of 2018 on the file of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai.

Prayer in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.211 of 2021:

To allow the Revision Petition, set aside the conviction and sentence dated 05.07.2018 in S.T.C.No.572 of 2014 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai and confirmed by the judgment dated 02.02.2021 made in Crl.A.No.76 of 2018 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.MANOHARAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.TAMILMALAR for Mr.T.LAJAPATHIROY, Advocate for the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner represented that this Court granted extend the time for a period of one week on 15.04.2021 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3035 of 2021 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.211 of 2021 to comply with the direction passed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2299 of 2021 in Crl.R.C (MD)No.211 of 2021. But the petitioner has not comply with the condition till date.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has not disputed the above fact.

3.Hence, suspension of sentence granted by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2299 of 2021 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.211 of 2021 is dismissed.

4.Post the main case on 17.07.2021.
