ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioners representation dated 17.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no. 1 to 4 would submit that based on the complaint given by the 5th respondent, the 3rd respondent police have conducted an enquiry and both parties are not cooperating for the enquiry. However, they will complete the enquiry within one week and they have not harassed the petitioners as alleged in the petition.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this petition and also recording the submissions of the 3rd respondent that they have not harassed 2/4

the petitioners, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to compete the enquiry within two weeks from the date of this Order

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
