This Transfer CMP has been filed to withdraw and transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.81 of 2022, on the file of the Family Court, Trichy and transfer to the file of Family Court, Madurai. 2.The petitioner is residing at Madurai and the petitioner has no income. Since, she is a lady, could not travel from Madurai to Trichy for all hearings.

3.Considering the above facts, this transfer C.M.P. is allowed, thereby, H.M.O.P. No. 81 of 2022, on the file of the Family Court, Trichy is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Madurai. The learned Family Judge, Madurai, is directed to refer the matter for mediation, before proceeding the case. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
