ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 08.10.2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.
4. In view of the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on 27.04.2015 for investigation and the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
