O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent police to speed up the investigation and to file final report on the basis of the FIR registered in Crime No.43/2012, dated 02.07.2012.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the the petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.43 of 2012, he wants action to be taken on his complaint. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation will be completed and final report will be filed within a period of two months.

5.Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.43 of 2012 and to file final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
