Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner is holding Master Degree in English. She joined in White Memorial College of Education to undergo B.Ed course. While so, during travel, she is said to have lost her SSLC mark statement certificate. In this regard, a police complaint was also lodged. A Non-traceable certificate has also been issued. The petitioner has now applied to the first respondent seeking issuance of duplicate set of SSLC certificate. Since the said request is yet to be considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.I am of the view that the interest of justice requires that the petitioner is issued with one more set of certificate. Hence, the first respondent is directed to issue the petition mentioned certificate in duplicate to the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
