Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the State. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the State made a submission that before filing this Writ Petition, both parties respectively lodged a complaint against each other. made a further submission that both the complaints lodged by the respective parties are enquired and closed, after giving advice to the respective parties for approaching the respective forums, since the dispute between the parties are civil in nature. 3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) is recorded. There is no use in keeping the petition pending unnecessarily. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
