Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11261 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.18643 of 2021 dated 15.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not having both hands, due to that, he could not able to comply with the condition imposed by this Court. 3.Considering the above, this Court is inclined to relax the condition fully. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
