RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence order passed in C.A.No.29 of 2008 on the file of the Sessions Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil dated 07.02.2018 and confirming the conviction and sentence order passed in S.T.C.No.2480 of 2005 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Nagercoil dated 28.01.2008 pending disposal of this Criminal Revision Petition and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MANIMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.M.BALA MOHAN THAMPI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the order passed by this Court, dated 09.04.2018 is complied with and deposited a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) and also filed a memo to that effect. Memo recorded. 2.Hence, the suspension of sentence already ordered is extended till the disposal of the Criminal Revision Case. 3.Post the Main Revision on 19.06.2018.
