By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would contend that the complaints dated 15.10.2020 and 20.01.2021 lodged by the present petitioner were registered in CSR No.445 of 2020 and in C.No.G6/8085/14/2021 respectively, and after conducting enquiry, both the petitions were closed by the second respondent.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
