ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the respondents on 25.11.2025 wherein the petitioner has been called upon to provide service connection to an alternative pathway.
2. According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, in case if the petitioner produces the sketch for the alternative pathway and on payment of necessary charges, they are ready to provide service connection to the petitioner.
3. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the second respondent with a sketch showing the alternative pathway to provide electricity service connection to the writ petitioner. On payment of necessary charges, the respondents are directed to provide service connection within a period of 4(four) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
