ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners by way of foisting false case against the petitioners.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the First Information Report was registered in Crime No.53 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 420, 294(b), 506(ii) IPC and the petitioners were called by the respondent Police only as witnesses. 4.It is made clear that the respondent Police shall not harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
