..Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent herein to alter the offences committed by the accused persons in view of the gravity of theft committed and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court and to file a final report in Crime No.161 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police before the concerned Court.

ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to alter the offences committed by the accused persons in view of the gravity of theft committed and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court and to file a final report in Crime No.161 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police before the concerned Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.161 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police has been completed and charge sheet has been laid on 29.09.2014.
