O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.03.2018 within a reasonable time. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a complaint on 03.03.2018 to the respondents to take necessary action against the proposed accused viz., L.Raju and Alphones Devaraj for the misappropriation of Rs.2,10,000/-. Since no action has been taken by the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Additional Superintendent of Police, Dindigul District is now conducting enquiry and summons were also issued to the proposed accused for enquiry.

4.In view of the submissions made by both parties, the Additional Superintendent of Police, Dindigul is directed to enquire into the complaint made by the petitioner on 03.03.2018 and during https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the officer concerned shall proceed further in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
