Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent's Impugned Letter in Na.Ka.No.E1/119/2009, dated 20.05.2016, declining the compassionate ground appointment to the petitioner for the death of her husband R.Mathialagan died on 23.01.2012 while in service and quash the same as devoid of merits, consequently directing the respondents to provide compassionate ground appointment to him by considering her representations dated 10.10.2016, 05.09.2017, 04.08.2018, 03.07.2019, 08.08.2020, within the period stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

The order of rejection rejecting the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment vide proceedings dated 20.05.2016 is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. The husband of the petitioner was working with the respondent - Civil Supplies Corporation and died on 23.01.2012, while he was in service. The petitioner submitted application for compassionate appointment. The said application was rejected vide proceedings dated 20.05.2016, on the ground that the deceased husband of the petitioner served fifteen days as permanent employee https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ____________

W.P.(MD) No.5630 of 2021 and his probation was not declared. Beyond the said ground, the petitioner is not possessing the minimum requisite educational qualification of eighth standard for appointment in the Corporation services.

3. In view of the fact that the probation was not declared in respect of the deceased employee and further, the petitioner is also not possessing minimum requisite educational qualification for appointment on compassionate grounds in Corporation services. This Court do not find any infirmity in the impugned order passed by the second respondent.
