The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner passed away on 04.01.2024 after filing the Writ Petition. Therefore, he has filed the present Miscellaneous Petition seeking to substitute the legal representative of the deceased petitioner on record.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent has no objection to allowing the present petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and list the Writ Petition after two weeks.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to furnish amended copies to the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent. 01.12.2025 smn2
