CRIME NO.48/2018 ... RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the coniditon imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3383/2018 dated 15.03.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.CHANDRAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3383 of 2018, dated 15.03.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that except the fifth petitioner, the petitioners 1 to 4 are complying with the condition regularly.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the fifth petitioner is a lady and therefore, her noncompliance may be condoned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Taking a lenient view, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
