Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to permit to operate the mini buses bearing registration numbers TN 74 AA 0985 & TN 74 AL 7446 as per the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2019 from Parakkai to Anna Stadium via Parakkai Government School, Chettitheru Vilakku, Kulathoor, Annaipalam, Anna Bus Stand, Tower Junction, Anna Stadium within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2.The petitioner is a mini bus operator. The grievance of the petitioner is that on account of declaring a particular route as one way, the petitioner's operations have been seriously affected. He therefore wants the first respondent to hold timing conference to revise the timings. In this regard, a representation has been given as early as 10.07.2019. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition has been filed.

W.P(MD)No.5555 of 2021 3.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to hold a timing conference and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall give notice to all the stakeholders and intimate about the holding of the timing conference.

4.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
