O R D E R

This petition is for a direction directing the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible in S.C.No.113 of 2008 and dispose of the same within a time fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the 3rd accused in the proceedings. From "B" Diary extract, it is seen that the enquiry was prolonging for various reasons. Since speedy trial is also rightly recognized as a right granted under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, this Court is convinced for issuing a direction to dispose of the matter within a time frame.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of S.C.No.113 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
