ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.02 of 2023 from 4th respondent to 2nd respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that recommendation was made by the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar, to Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar, to transfer the above said investigation to the third respondent, by letter dated 10.02.2023. But so far, no order has been passed by the Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar. On the basis of the above said recommendation, the Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar, in turn sent a recommendation to Director General of Police, Chennai, for 2/4
further orders, dated 25.02.2023. So far no order has been passed by the Director General of Police, Chennai. Now the order of transfer are going to be passed by the Director General of Police, Chennai, by completing official formalities.
3. With the above said submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this matter has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 05.04.2023 NCC :
