The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners are arrayed as A-2 am A-3 in Crime No.14 of 2024 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pandalgudi Police Station, Virudhunagar District and the Petitioners had filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking direction against the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of cases under SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, to accept the surrender of the Petitioners and consider their bail application in Crime No.14 of 2024, pending before the first Respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the accused/A-1 is alleged to have slapped the third Respondent/de-facto Complainant with a Cheppal. 2/5
