This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute in respect of the Ward-1, Block-3, T.S.No.251 in Keezh Vadambokki Street, Palani Town, Dindigul District which is the subject property of O.S.No.359 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Palani.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner is the sister of the second respondent and on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and since the dispute is civil in nature, directing the parties to approach the competent civil Court, closed the matter.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
