Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.VINOTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police instead of reporting before Tallakulam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2896 of 2022 dated 16.02.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition till today. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that he has no objection.
