O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and the further relief also for directing the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in this regard.

2. It is sated that the petitioner is being harassed by the 2nd respondent on the basis of a false complaint given by the respondents 3 and 4 in relation to money transactions.

3. Mr.K.S. Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions submitted that though the complaint was received from the respondents 3 and 4, since the dispute is purely civil in nature, after enquiry the complaint was closed on 05.09.2017. there is no question of harassment and no further enquiry is contemplated.
